    Holding social events so that the people who are already involved in environmental business, and people who wish to become involved in or set up an environmental business, may get together and exchange information. Many of the participants are business managers, and business alliances are often established at the event.

  • Sales and marketing support session meeting

    [Main contents]

    At the sales and marketing support session meeting, we offer our support, aiming to increase the popularity and distribution of environmentally-friendly products amongst the companies run by our members. Our support includes giving advice and introducing markets for the products they manufacture and sell, from a distribution point of view.

  • Remote island development session meeting

    [Main contents]

    We solve environmental issues surrounding remote islands, such as waste disposal issues, and also formulate plans to revitalize remote islands and put environmental business into effect. We visited Tanegashima in August 2002, and had a meeting with a section head from the Nishinoomote City office. The committee meets roughly once every three months in order to formulate plans.

  • Environmental art session meeting

    This is a session meeting which involves artists who create their art using various environment themed materials, and their supporters. It is designed to be a window for publicity, while offering the opportunity of participating in exhibitions (which is difficult to achieve with only one person) and creating art collections together.

  • Environmental Japanese sit-down comedy session meeting

    [Main contents]

    This session meeting hosts various events as a way of contributing to society. A representative example is the “Environmental Japanese sit-down comedy” which is filled with tears and laughter, performed by Mr. Sanyutei Kyoraku. The yearly event is very successful; all the seats at the Akasaka Kumin Hall, which holds 400 people, are sold out.
